One flat rate shipping fee.
No matter how much you buy, you'll only pay one postage cost!
All packages are sent tracked through Royal mail and their partners.
Please be aware, these time frames are estimates given by Royal Mail and while most parcels do arrive within the given time frame, I cannot guarantee it. International and standard delivery times are as follows (all time frames are on top of processing times):
UK: 2-3 working days from dispatch date
International: 5-7 working days from dispatch date

Please note, I do not deliver to military addresses, such as APO/FPO/DPO/BFPO etc

Customs and import taxes:
If you are ordering from outside of the UK, your order will be subject to customs charges on delivery to your country.
NH by Hand is currently not responsible for any extra charges that may occur. Generally, charges include VAT at the rate of your country, duty fees and handling fees and will be dependent on location and item cost.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply and I cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs. This is out of my hands unfortunately.
The delivery company in your country will advise you of the cost and will request payment before your package can be delivered.
