Returns Policy

We hope you love your order, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please read the information below before requesting a return.

Physical Products

We accept returns on unused physical items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • Returned in original packaging where possible
  • Free from damage, marks, or signs of use
  • Patterns must be unopened and sealed

Please note that cut fabric, fabric sold by the metre, and custom-cut items are non-returnable unless faulty, as these are cut specifically to order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Sewing Patterns

Printed sewing patterns may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unopened, unused, and in a resellable condition.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened printed patterns.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, PDF sewing patterns, downloadable resources, and online course materials are non-refundable once purchased.

If you experience any issues accessing your files or downloads, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs where applicable.

We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order once your return has been approved.

Return Shipping

We recommend using a tracked postal service when returning items, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
