Shipping & returns
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–5 working days unless otherwise stated. During launches, sales periods, or busy events, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
Digital PDF products are delivered instantly via email after purchase.
UK Shipping
We ship all UK orders using tracked postal services where possible.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
Standard UK shipping: 2-4 working days
International Shipping
We currently ship internationally. Delivery times vary depending on location and customs processing.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Europe: 5–10 working days
- USA & Canada: 7–14 working days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–21 working days
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, import duties, or local taxes charged by their country, except for the US (please see below).
Customs & Import Duties
Due to updated US tariff regulations, all US orders are now shipped using DDP (Delivery Duties Paid). This means that no additional customs fees, import duties, or tariffs will be charged upon delivery and these charges are paid by NH Patterns on your behalf. As a result, shipping costs to the United States are higher than our standard international rates.
For all other international orders, parcels may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or handling fees depending on your country’s regulations.
Any customs or import charges applied outside of the USA are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we are unable to control customs processing times and cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
All international orders are sent using tracked shipping services so you can follow your parcel throughout delivery.
If customs fees are refused and the parcel is returned to us, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are the responsibility of the courier service. However, if your parcel appears delayed or missing, please get in touch and we will do our best to help.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal strikes, severe weather, or courier disruptions.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been placed.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.
